This property is a large family home nestled between the shores of Shelly Beach and Tuggerah Lake. Located only a short stroll from the breaking waves of Shelly Beach. A short walk in the opposite direction will take you to the beautiful Tuggerah Lake where you will see the most amazing sunsets each evening. The house suits those wanting to relax, entertain, surf and swim. It is a relaxing and inviting getaway in a convenient location close to the shops, restaurants, clubs, beach and lake.
The home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the four bedrooms upstairs have ducted air conditioning. The downstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan only however, the downstairs family room has ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a large deck off one of the living areas that leads to a pool and Bali Hut. There is a Webber BBQ, a basketball hoop in the backyard, a wooden cubby house for the kids and a large soccer net which completes the picture.
Bedroom one has a queen bed with ensuite Bedroom two, three, four and five each have a double bed.
The upstairs bathroom services the bedrooms and has a shower and bath. There is a separate toilet upstairs.
There is a downstairs toilet and shower which is located in the laundry. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and iron, washing powder is supplied.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances provided, including air fryer, blender, juicer, stick blender, etc. There are 3 TV's located in the house, one being in the main bedroom, one in the front lounge room and a smart TV is located in the family room leading to the back deck, Foxtel is also included. WIFI and Telstra NBN are available.
All linen for the property is supplied.
Our home is situated in a family neighborhood and although fun and games, including music, is expected from time to time, excessive party noise will not be tolerated. It would be appreciated if music be kept to a reasonable level.
