- Occupants to book in a 1 hour timeslot allocation via a monitored spreadsheet in accordance to COVID-19 regulations
- Booked occupants to have a re-coded fob for pool to assure regulations are complied
- If occupants refuse to leave pool/are a nuisance, police are to be called as a first priority.

Pillows are yellow and disgusting and old Bring your own linen and pillows a must Sofa bed full of crumbs, blankets smell and very old Fly screen on balcony and bedroom broken. 2nd Bedroom window dosn’t open fixed glass does not make sence there is no air circulation Bedroom Ceiling fans are full of dust don’t turn them on Dinning chairs dirty Lounge pillows smell no bath mat supplied Room has stale smell needs proper cleaning Good point to note, there is a new tv in the main room. Some more tea and coffee making items would be nice. Bathroom no no bench space Main door latch faulty need to slam and disturb neibouring units.

Fly screen door has still not been fixed from my stay last year Has no rollers on it so have to keep glass doors shut 24/7 NOT HRD TO FIX!!

We had stayed in another (one bedroom) apartment at the Oaks exactly one year back in 2017 which was at the side of the building on level 5. It had okay views but overlooked the pub next door. This time we booked apartment 302 as it was two bedroom (we really only needed one) but liked the extra space, especially the living area. The big plus was that it was at the front of the building & had exceptional views. We stayed for ten days & loved it, the couch was really comfortable & great for lying on, the beds fantastically comfortable. The TV was large screen (probably 55" HD) though we had to initially adjust the settings (colour, contrast, etc). We love the Entrance but especially The Oaks & definitely plan to book again for around September next year. I believe that the previous negative comments relate to what once was, the apartment now is spotless as is the bedding. There were very minor things that in no way affected our fantastic stay! We shall return!!!

We loved the location, view and ease of shopping in the local area but found the unit to be fairly grubby and in need of a good thorough clean. Needed a vacuum and a good scrubbing of the tiles areas.
