With 3 luxe bathrooms (including 2 large bathtubs, 3 showers and 3 toilets), you'll never have to line up for your morning shower.

Unwind in one of 2 living room areas furnished by cosy couches as you watch the latest on Netflix. An additional indoor sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooks the pristine pool, providing the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks. You can whip up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, which boasts premium appliances (SMEG gas cooktop, 900mm oven and dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker), a kitchen island and a convenient butler's pantry for keeping food prep out of sight.

Off the formal dining room area you'll find a covered outdoor deck that's ideal for a BBQ lunch or casual dining. Cool down in the sparkling in-ground saltwater pool. Or read a book on a poolside lounge with a cocktail in hand. On rainy days, you can escape to the dedicated games room to challenge friends or family to a board game or pool comp. You'll find further outdoor seating tucked away in the corner of the lush, landscaped backyard. Add a touch of magic to your evening meal as you dine underneath a canopy of twinkling lights.

Just 50 metres from your front door, you have direct access to North Entrance Beach for an early morning walk, surf, swim or fish. While the patrolled swimming beach is a short walk away via the scenic Garawa coastal track (or a 2 min drive).

Venture into nearby The Entrance (4 min drive or a short walk) for your choice of cafes, restaurants, takeaways, boutique shops and supermarkets. There's plenty of fun to be had with both bike and boat hire available, a waterfront park and playground for the kids, and the iconic pelican feed occurring on weekends and public holidays.

Take a bike ride towards Picnic Point and then along the Tuggerah Lakes bike track to Long Jetty foreshore and beyond. Go beach hopping along the coast and take in The Entrance Ocean Baths, Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay and Shelly beaches.
