  • ( as the single bed on the top bunk has a max weight limit of 60kg only i.e. it's a teens/kids bed on top---SO max 8 adults. )

  • Bookings not accepted for parties / functions / under 25's/ schoolies or bucks/ boys & hens’ weekends
  • Pets are not permitted in this property
  • This property does have a granny flat attached to the property which is not included. The Granny Flat has it's own separate access and there are no shared areas other than GF access paveway to side of house.
